After the Sale We went there to purchase 2 vehicles 1 new and 1 used. It was a long process! Thank you to Shane, Eric and Jamal they made the experience as easy as possible. Easy experience I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape a couple of weeks ago. The experience was very good, the process very easy. I hadn't purchased a new car in about 10 years, so a few things had changed, but both Cedric (sales) and Ken (finance) were very good about answering all my questions.
Excellent Customer service was amazing. Cedric was such a great help. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!!! I will come back to purchase my next car in the future.

True Professional I am not the kind of person to do this but Shane did such a good job I feel this is the least can do, My experience with buying cars in the past has been nothing short of horrible. Excellent Customer Service! I purchased my a 2013 Ford Fusion in April of 2013 and was pleased with my overall experience. When it came to my first oil change they offered a complimentary service and from that point on I will not go any where else. Bought a new used car By the time we made it here, we were getting burnt out on car shopping due to a few less than pleasant experiences with other dealerships. We weren't planning on buying a Ford, but salesperson Nick Scofield was very helpful in finding low mileage SUVs in our price range.
