Acceptable service I have been having my F-150 serviced here for the past 8 years. Overall I have been happy with the service I have received. My one big complaint is that even with an appointment and just getting an oil change it takes hours. I hate wasting half of a Saturday or using a half of a vacation day just for an oil change. It would be nice if they could guarantee a half hour or less or even an hour or less. Excellent customer service In the past I hated/Dreaded going into dealerships to buy a car. However to my surprise I must say it was a delight dealing with this team of service people at Ford starting with a heartfelt greeted at the front door to Jeff Wessels And Karrie Haynes. Total professionals.

New Ford Explorer I was looking for a used Explorer but was told that with the info I gave them and what I could spend they could get me in a new one, and they did. I was firm with what I wanted and initially they had a tough time finding the vehicle but I told them I wanted that specific color and they produced it. They added leather a week later and that was completely hassle free. I love my car and would recommend this dealership to others. Very pleasant experience.
