Bought a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium Update- issue with a sales rep was handled appropriately by the GM. I am satisfied with the car I purchased and the outcome of said issue.

Pleasant experience Mr. Harrison was very personable and accommodating. He worked swiftly and patiently to help us choose the right vehicle. The long trip from Fayetteville, GA was worth it.

Purchased a used FLEX Shane was interested in my on line search, he stayed in touch but gave me the space needed to process and shop. Once I reached out for a visit he continued to provide needed/requested information to make me stay with the dealer and the specific vehicle I was looking at. Trade 2/Purchase 2 My husband and I went to Mall of Georgia Ford to trade in our truck and SUV.
