Mr. Kim was very paitient. kind and knowledge of various vehicles while maintaining impeccable manners while we were there. We initially planned to purchase one vehicle from Ford and the other from Toyota, but Mr. Kim's dedication and excellent manners inspired us to purchase both vehicles from him at Ford.

This was a fairly routine service. My F-150 has 116,000 miles on it. The only issue noted was that I need tw replace two tires, otherwise, my truck is running great.
