Very good service from the service writer. She was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. I will definitely start bringing my car to her for repairs.

Last time I was lost in the shuffle and had to wait an hour after the work was done. This time they picked up my truck, called when it was completed, and I picked it up in just a couple of minutes. That’s how a service is run.

I had my vehicle serviced 8/16 (120k service) and was told I also needed to have a brake flush, which I accepted. Later that night, I had 2 warning messages - hill descent and tow hitch - then a low tire pressure alert. After checking with a few shops on the tire issue, both said the rear brake pads were really worn- at 3mm. I was disappointed Ford didn’t bring that up during the service.
