Great experience with our purchase. The whole process was clearly presented and the sales and management team were great.
I experienced gods and kind service with detailed explanations. Specifically sales person I Shia was excellent.
The work was completed quick and efficiently and I was notified throughout the whole process.
First time at this dealership. We stepped out of the car clearly didn’t know the process there. Everyone looked at us as if we were aliens. Walked inside said hello no one responded. Walked over to a female Svc rep gave her my name she looked up our reservation then walked us over to our Svc rep. She was very friendly and polite. Had to use the body shop after my F150 got hit by someone. Amina at the body shop was very professional and friendly. Fast service and made it easy through great communication. Hope no one hits my car again, but if I had to this is the only place I am going to bring my car in.

I have all my service work done at your place and for the most part all is good but it bothers me when your service tech tell me that I need a complete transmission fluid flush on a F150 that has less then 47000 miles on it. I expect better out of Ford than that.
