Engine seized up two weeks after purchased. (Used F-150 2020 with 55k) Dealership made it right and replaced engine that was back ordered. In short: Service Director was incredible. Service advisor was delayed with updates and rarely knew anything I didn’t already know. Heat shield was loose and rattling when first pick up was attempted. I had a great experience with purchasing my new Ford Maverick. I went to several dealerships to do this and MOG Ford was the only one who called back and assisted with my order.
We recently purchased a new truck at Mall of Georgia Ford and the overall experience was great. Seong was our salesman and Rodney was our finance guy helping us to get the deal we needed in order to afford a new vehicle. The service exceptional and we got a great deal. We drove from a state away and we’re looking in our general area of the southeast, no one came close to matching interest rate and price of their team. We are beyond appreciative for their help.

Scott was helpful and got me into a rental when they had to order a part for a recall on my Maverick.
The afternoon before Thanksgiving they took my vehicle in and taken care of within a couple of days. Scott kept me informed of the timeline and cost of repairs and was very reassuring about the process. Scott is an excellent service writer.
Great collision center. Ernie was the best. He keep us well informed. They did a very good job on repairing my vehicle.

Oil change was done well but was expensive. Also the under carriage protector was not screwed back on and I had to return to the dealership to get it reattached.
