It is easy to make reservations for servicing your vehicle at Mall of Georgia Ford. If you have a favorite Service Representative, just ask for them, but they’re all good so you can’t go wrong. You’re met on arrival by a representative who already has your paperwork and history on hand. They review what will be involved and give you an estimate on the cost and time involved. They wery good to work with and no problems with anyone in the service department
Arrived for my appointment at the alloted time. Brian came out and greeted me, took the photos of the car.Sat in the waiting room for just over an hour, when he came and said the car is ready . Fast efficient and every one was very friendly. Best experience so far. Would definitely recommend Mall of Georgia Ford for service.
Bought a car from out-of-state and had it shipped. Had a couple things that needed to be addressed the managers address them well and in a timely fashion.
Patrick was very helpful and very cordial and nice ! Great experience overall ! Enjoyable and fast .
No follow through as promised with the exterior paint protection because of a line signature ion the wrong spot.
