Excellent experience. First class in every way.
I had cataract surgery. For me, the lens choice took a little time because there are several very good options. Dr Maloney was my surgeon and was very patient and helpful. He promptly answered my emails to answer my questions. Dr Barns was also very helpful in my decision process. Also very patient and informative. The entire office staff is friendly. I actually look forward to my office visits. The surgery went perfect and my vision is better than ever.
Everyone at the institute was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. The procedure went smoothly, and recovery was quick and painless. Everything went better than I could have hoped!
The outcome I expected was achieved Dr Maloney, during pre-surgery consultation, mentioned that he would insert a lens that has a prescription close to what would be my distance vision; 20/25 Instead, I requested a prescription that allows me o read at night; I'm able to read clearly a book held about 14 inches away
Great service. I was a bit scared and not sure if mono vision was right for me. The “trial” with the contact lenses was fantastic to reassure this was going to work, plus all the answers from the doctor and his team to my many questions. Now I can see from far and close with no glasses!
