IMy wife and I were impressed with the the professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge shown to us by all who worked with us. Dr. Maloney did an excellent job on my cataract removal surgery and lens implant procedure.
My surgical experience was handled with care and confidence. My only complaint was that I was billed directly for the total expense unlike the year before when my insurance co. was billed and I then paid the balance.

Dr. Maloney was great, during both the evaluation and the surgical procedure. However, I was disappointed with staff and clerical performance. Calls were not returned or misdirected, questions about the bill and insurance deductibles were not clarified well. Staff at the surgery center was excellent.

An efficient, precise and painless procedure, all executed in a short time. I can now see better than I ever imagined. Dr. Maloney is likely the best in his field.
