Both my Father and I had lasik in 2001. Going from not being able to see my alarm clock which had 1 1/4'' numbers on my nightstand, to 20/20 and 20/15 vision was nothing short of amazing! My father had monovision performed at the age of 61. He had worn glasses from the age of 13 and was able to read a newspaper without glasses immediately follwing surgery. Excellence throughout the entire experience, from the initial examination at MVI, through the surgery itself, and back to MVI for a post-surgery check-up. His engaging personality put me immediately at ease from the first office visit to pre-op and during the procedure. It's only "day after" and I am already looking forward to doing my other eye.
