Very professional; very efficient; very caring; and very well done. No complications. Excellent follow up.
Dr. Maloney was great, during both the evaluation and the surgical procedure. However, I was disappointed with staff and clerical performance. Calls were not returned or misdirected, questions about the bill and insurance deductibles were not clarified well. Staff at the surgery center was excellent.

The experience is positive right from the start. The staff and doctors are friendly, personal, knowledgeable and make the whole process comfortable and stressless. The service is top notch and Dr. Maloney skill and experience are impeccable. I only wish the office is more centralized and the parking is provided to patient at no cost.
Great experience. Only thing is your front desk over charged me for my operation on the care credit. My total is 5900 of which the 200 for my pre-visit Was charged to my personal credit card. I should have only be charged 5700 on the care credit. I contacted your office yesterday and they will write my a check beginning of July once dr.marloney returns from vacation. Besides this, the entire process was wonderful :) Had I not contacted your office regarding this issue I would have been overcharged
