The staff at the Maloney Vision Institute and at the Surgical Center were great. Initially I was very nervous, but they were good at calming my fears.
The Crystalens+Laser Cataract Surgery performed at the Specialty Surgical Center went very well. From the minute I checked in and was then escorted into the prep area, the nursing staff made me feel very comfortable and they were all attentive which put me at ease. . Dr. Maloney did an excellent job on my right eye. He explained everything thoroughly and was very reassuring and thoughtful which instilled much confidence for me. IMy wife and I were impressed with the the professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge shown to us by all who worked with us. Dr. Maloney did an excellent job on my cataract removal surgery and lens implant procedure.
My surgical experience was handled with care and confidence. My only complaint was that I was billed directly for the total expense unlike the year before when my insurance co. was billed and I then paid the balance.
