its a factory and they ordered the wrong lens because no one pays attention and there is no follow up or personalized care.
Dr. Shamie should have been present for my next day follow up appointment. I would have gladly changed my appointment time if I had known she was going to be leaving the office just prior to my scheduled time
I am miserably unhappy. Facing cataract surgery with the possibility of further vision problems. My eyes were done close to 25 years ago. I regret having done this every day
I told the follow up appointment doctor. Very bad experience at surgery center especially during surgery. I'm still upset when I think about it. However I'm thankful I can see Thank you I used to rave about you because of the wonderful experience my son had. But not anymore
