I felt that utilizing Manfred School as my route to earn the Real Estate Salesperson License was defenatly the correct choice. I had previously attempted to earn the license via an online training platform, and did not find it very informative or helpful. Once I sat down in a classroom with educators that are active in their respective real estate field, I was able to not only learn what what required to pass the exam, but we were educated with actual, from the heart advice on how to be successful Salespersons. Great learning experience with awesome instructors who want to see you succeed. Rotating instructors each day kept the class engaged with different teaching styles. I’m glad I chose to go to the physical classroom instead of taking it online. I highly recommend Manfred.
Best school to complete your 75 hour Real Estate Course In the Capital District. Different instructors everyday, who have decades of experience in different areas of Real Estate kept the class interesting and the examples from their personal experiences in the field were priceless. My only advise is to please get better and stronger coffee for the break room :)
The classroom is a very positive, practical learning expieriance. Each instructer was very knowlegable but also personable. Regardless if you persue a career in Real Estate or not well worth the time.
