The flame sensor on my furnace broke and only provided partial heat to my house. I made an emergency call on Saturday and Mark, a service technician, showed up within 2 hours. He was courteous, professional and installed a new sensor. He also checked out the furnace and replaced the filter with a new one of mine. Before he left, he explained everything he did.
They were very prompt and professional all the way. Price was fair based on other inquiries I made.
Hal did a great job and made suggestions to help me get the best value and didn't try to just sell me the most expensive system.

I was very pleased with the sales representative as well as the two installers and they way they professionally performed the installation including answering all of my questions and concerns. The bottom line price was very competitive.
Excellent work, project complete on the date scheduled and below estimate. The only thing I would like to see is a faster response to emails.
