Excellent work, project complete on the date scheduled and below estimate. The only thing I would like to see is a faster response to emails.

Considering the snow that hit the Washington DC area, I will give them a five star rating. Although after the tech installed the blower and left, we both failed to check that the unit was running properly. Had to call back and another tech came and immediatley noticed the on/off handle on the unit was int he off position. After that everything fine.
The technician from Mannix Heating and Cooling, Ben S., listened to the water leakage issue I was facing and explained to me the potential sources behind the leakage. He noticed an immediate issue with the way the condenser was installed and identified the malfunctioning portion of the pipe that carried excess water out of the house. The staff provided great service from scheduling the appointment, to problem assessment, to completing the work. They took their time listening to my list of problems with the furnace and solved a problem that another hvac company gave up on. They took their time and explained exactly what was causing the problems and made sure I understood their recommendations. No pressure. I will definitely use them again.
