Very professional - very prompt - very tidy - very accommodating! Jerry Mannix came over to see existing equipment and gave us a very detailed explanation of our options to replace our 25+ year old furnace/AC system. We agreed on a very efficient Carrier system. The installation went very smoothly. We are very please and highly recommend Mannix!

Mannix was great. I explained my problem, told them the exact part that failed; they asked me some questions -- serial numbers, etc, and brought and installed the part the next morning. Ahhhh, cool air!!! :) Totally recommend Mannix H & C. Some companies won't even listen and it takes 2 or 3 trips to your house, the warehouse, your house, the store, etc. Not Mannix - they were great... Did I say they were GREAT?
We knew that we had an old system that needed replacement. Jerry's presentation of the return on investment case for both the short and long term was compelling. We were very pleased with the professionalism shown during installation of the heating and cooling system. We are already starting to witness the reduction of household mold as Jerry predicted one week afterward.
I called Mannix because of their good rating. Though it was during the heat wave and a only small job he came the next day. He noticed that the water heater was going to fail soon and suggested I replace it. It turned out to be more work than expected but Jerry kept to the original estimate. I live on the West Coast so I had to trust him. I'm glad I did. Jerry Mannix is an old school professional and they are hard to find.

Mr. Mannix came the same day we called him, which happen to be one of the hottest and busiest days of the summer so far. Our AC was out and I was concerned about my infant daughter. Mr. Mannix fixed the problem immediately and made recommendations for future service. Great job and would absolutely recommend his company.
