Ben was an hour late because he was feed the wrong time info. Turns out I had a couple of leaks in my unit. He gave me a discount on the 3.5lb refrigerant for being late. I really appreciate the discount but I can't help but wonder if I really needed that much. He was very courteous and I would use them again.
