I went in, they advise me that they will call and its over 3 weeks now, no call received from them. Not professional at all.

"unprofessional costumer service " Never go to this dealership again and I will encourage all people that I know not to go there. I will use all my power in social media to tell the truth about this dealership .. . dishonest , disqualified , rude and unprofessional ,especially this guy Pietro Leonardi service advisor. "Great sales experience, won't return for service." I had problems self-replacing a headlamp bulb. Lost the clip in the bumper. Took it in, they said they could take care of it. They did. Fished the clip out and installed it and secured the bulb. $165 plus taxes. I get overhead and shop rates but seriously? Also, asked if I wanted the car washed. I was in a hurry and said no. "I brought a car to Maranello BMW dealer for service..." I brought a car to Maranello BMW dealer for service recall air bags.Next day I see my passenger airbag went on. I call dealer to complaint and a service guy(Peter)told me to bring a car back to the dealer to check but this time they have to charge me $165 for diagnose first. Never take my car to this dealer again
