"I have been dealing with Maranelo for 10 years. " Every time I go there I ask myself WHY? There is never a pleasant experience. BMW has very poor representation. If there was only another dealer close by! I would never return.
"Smooth talkers" I wish I would have read these reviews before I got the amazing sales pitch! I am so upset with the service at this dealership, it is terrible!! I was warned before I bought my x5 , but I figured... How bad can it be? Now I know the answer. BAD I called in for service for a few different electrical issues, and was told the earliest date would be in a month, and I will not get a loaner.. I have never heard of such a thing. I will never buy a BMW again!!! What a mistake
"Worst service experience in my life" This dealership should have its license revoked. Oil change took them two day, they left me with no car, service advisor was unreachable, so I had to get my friend to drive me there to talk to him. Shuttle driver almost killed me - going 90 km/hr on Weston. I filed complaint with BMW Canada
"Horrible dealership" Please go to Mercedes or Porsche in the closest vicinity. The service and personnel are arrogant and incompetent. - I will never purchase a BMW again nor would I purchase any vehicle from the Maranello group. - the fact that BMW of North America allows dealerships to be run like this shows well on their brand as a whole.
"Untrustworthy " Was in a process to buy a certified pre-owned car. We agreed on the price and delivery time frame and the only thing left to do was to decide on the length of the financing. They told me I would get the numbers next day to decide. Never got them and few days later after I requested the numbers they told me they had sold the car?!? Don't trust these guys and go to another dealership
"Horrible sales and service department" I have the worst experience with this dealership from buying to service. They're just trying to get the money from you and don't provide any service. Not recommended at all.
"Poor service" Very very poor service and attitude. They don't care about the costumers and will leave you without a loaner for days. They totally changed my idea about Bmw. Don't even waste your time visit this dealership.
"HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT" Been going there for 8yrs now. Worst service department on the planet! I don't know why I continue, but it's the closest to me, so I try to deal with their nonsense for the time I HOPE I can save. Worst thing was being overcharged a COUPLE hundred dollars for an identical job a friend had done at another dealership the previous month. Called the service manager and got a load of BS on the phone for 20mins as he tried to explain why my job needed more work than my friend did on the EXACT same car... read more
"Horrible sales people - turned me off BMWs for good!" I owned BMW sedans for over 7 years, until I went to this dealer to look at pre-owned 335. The manner in which salesperson dealt with me was horrible, the power seats in the car he had me test drive did not work and the handling of the car made it the most horrible car I test drive during this buying cycle, out of Mercs, Audis, Infinitis etc. He did not take much time to explain vehicle feature or packages, but wanted to start running down numbers on his computer extreme... read more
