"Unacceptable Customer Service Experience at Maranello BMW." So very disappointed with their service. I brought my M2 in to have a noise issue with my amplifier and as it turned out I needed a new amplifier so one was to be ordered and would take two weeks to get in. No problem. "Unacceptable Customer Service " I bought a new BMW 640i from Maranello BMW last week, and picked up my car on Thursday (Apr 18, 2019) night around 7:00 PM. I found some dent on the car. The sales person (John) told me that this is a Demo car, and I do have excess tear and wear warranty, such small dent should be covered in the warranty. "Horrible service" Stay away from this dealership! They gauge you, they prey on your ignorance and take advantage of your trust. I have been a customer for years and it has gone progressively worse. The staff is aware of the gauging and I am sure they are instructed to keep quiet when questioned as answers would only incriminate and confirm the amount of dishonesty that engulfs the whole place.
"Regret the purchase I made " My wife and I purchased a vehicle that was sold to us As-is. I should have known better but since it was a BMW dealership selling a used BMW I thought the vehicle should be decent enough for our daughter as her first car. In the Ad they had stated that it was a decent vehicle that was traded into their store and they were offering it at wholesale value which led us believe that we would be getting a good deal. "DONT service here unless you want to waste your time." DONT service here unless you want to waste your time. Worst service experience ever. Dealership told me to bring the car as a booked appointment yet they failed to even look at the car ALL DAY! I booked an appointment a week in advance for an airbag issue. "MASTERS AT AVOIDING RESPONSIBILITY" My very first experience as a BMW owner and at the service department was appalling. I went there with a flat tire (run flats). The tire pressure sensors which identify changes in rotational speed and transmits this to the dash board indicated that the wrong tire was flat. Instead of investigating, the "staff" in the service department proceeded to make excused including blaming BMW's in general of having inaccurate tire pressure sensors. "Service Manager is terrible" I cannot believe how rude your manager was. He made me feel as I was below him, which by judging on his clothes and posture, he seems below me. He seemed as he was on some substance as his pupils were inlarged and he was very unfocused. This is not the place I would ever come back to or recommend.
"be careful before you have your family in one of their cars" Imagine you pay $37,900 for a " BMW CERTIFIED " vehicle, and within less than a month we spent $2100,we picked up our "CERTIFIED" 2014 X3 at 12:20 pm ,within 20 minutes we have to turn and go back to the dealer because the brake which is a major safety issue was vibrating very bad ,we got it done after wasting the whole day,as soon we got home my wife noticed the brake light on the tailgate (which is another safety issue) wasn't working,I thought it's matter of li... read more
"Very poor customer service and the foreman named Rohan Reid" Please don't go to this dealership for any reasons especially if you want to buy a car don't chose this place.a black guy named Rohan Reid was the person I spoke to and he knew nothing about cars.reps are very rude and they keep you waiting while they have them own time inside their rooms. I witnessed two customers walk out with disappointments. Wouldn't recommend at all
