"Snobby selfish front desk lady and confused lazy sales perso" I went there to buy a new 7 series. The sales person was a very lazy confused female who even does not know what options come with this car and even did not know any primitive info about the car. "Liars" Unfortunately had to bring my car here (e92 335i) due to a water pump failure. I had already replaced the water pump at another dealer and it was still under manufacturer's warranty (1 year). The service advisor refused to pull up my service records and claimed he couldn't even though he is able to search by VIN. He got my car diagnosed and told me it was the other water pump (xxx?). "service sucks" When I purchased my bmw 328 xi 2011 in may 2014 I went for remainder of warranty service to maranelo as it is close to my work. Boy you would expect good service from bmw but was crap. I made an appointment for oil change and filter change 3 weeks in advance. I came on day of appointment and service attendant told to call their service center to schedule appointment xxx. Just use any bmw certified garage . Cheaper twice and much better service.. Shame
"Parts" I called this Mrng parts department they give me a price for cabin filter, When my wife went to pick up the parts they told her different price, and they said the guy made a mistake this Mrng very bad customer service I will never go there. Hamed
"Worst Service" The service center is probably the worst managed service dept of any dealership I've ever dealt with. My X5 has been in several times on warranty issues and took up to 1 week to get it back each time....with no loaner - even though the salesman sold me on the whole service part of their business and that they would have a loaner ready for me whenever I brought my car in for service.
"Pathetic Customer Service." Engine light came on and it took a week and a half to get an appointment. The appointment was for 7:40 am and by 12:30 pm I still did not get a status report from Customer Service rep. It's impossible to get someone in Service to answer their phone. I called six times before I finally spoke to the Service Mgr. and was advised that the technician had the work order but no diagnostic work had yet been done! "worse BMW dealership " Got an appointment 3 weeks a head and a day before my appointment got a call that they are extremely busy and can not honor my appointment! Another time ,Have to wait an hour while my service was done to bring my car out from Garage! They called me that Car is ready but I had to wait another hour.....I will not buy my next car from this dealership and will look for another place to service my car
"POOR SERVICE, DISHONEST, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE " I own a bmw 328i 2008 model recently i had annual inspection done for the motor vehicle where i had head lights and and oil changed cost me some where around 600$. About 2 weeks after this annual inspection my vehicle's ac unit was blowing warm air, i had the same exact problem when i first bought this motor vehicle at MARANELLO BMW dealer last year in 2014 and had it serviced at Maranello BMW dealer. "Service advisors lie through there teeth" My car will never go to this dealer again. Service advisors lie about work that was performed under warranty that was never done. Called them twice and left msg's no calls where ever returned. If u have an M car take it to budds.
