We remodeled our kitchen a year ago, and purchased all new kitchen aid appliances from here! Spent almost 10 grand! Boy what a mistake! We have had nothing but problems! 5 service calls on the dishwasher and one on the refrigerator! The service techs are very poorly trained and can’t seem to figure out the issues! Poor customer service. 3 salespeople sitting around doing nothing could clearly see us and never asked if we needed help. To bad cause we were there to spend some money. All new appliances. To bad you just lost a great sale to Earl
They refused to service my freezer and said they were too busy to schedule the repair any time in the future at all. Terrible service. The lady was very brief and rude.
Wish I could rate a zero I ended up returning my fridge before it was even delivered to my house because of the crappy service. Not once, but TWICE was I told my fridge would be here a certain day, and twice I was told false information. None of the employees are on the same page and they all tell you a different thing. It's called communication people!! I ended up canceling my order and getting the same fridge from Lowe's for cheaper, and in my house the same day as the purchase!!
