I spoke with someone today in the service department and the sales department and I was very disappointed in both. I wanted to support a local business but they are too high pressure for me. I really thought they would be much more helpful and far less pressuring.

Walked in the CP location this morning and absolutely no greeting or even eye contact, we walked out and went to another store. Poor customer service especially for a family run business.

The salesman in Clifton Park was great, but I felt bad about having to call him repeatedly to manage the installation of my rather basic replacement range hood. It took SIX separate rescheduled appointments/visits (sometimes I got a call; sometimes I didn't, once I got a call but they arrived an hour early and I wasn't home, once the team arrived without the hood) before my purchase was finally installed. Too many lies during closing and no customer service help after closing

Purchased a $2,309 Whirlpool refrigerator on 12/5/16 at Marcella’s from Tina in the Clifton Park store who we’ve dealt since we purchased our first house in 1991 and she used to work at another appliance store and we her followed when she went to Marcella’s. I just had one of the most ridiculous experiences ever. I called down with the model number spoke with a gentleman by the name of Tim who assured me he could get it on a truck and I could have it tomorrow, which would help for "Thanksgiving"the minute I asked him about a veteran's discount he proceeded to tell me that they don't offer that and that they give the best price anywhere. Been waiting 11 days for delivery. Was to be between 11:30 -2:30 with call first. Showed up a 4 with no call. Refrigerator had baseball size dent in door. Was asked "do you want to accept ". Now I need to wait 5 days for another delivery, maybe. If they couldn't get this on right?!? Call to sales rep unanswered. The original refrigerator order was a special order white refrigerator, not a readily available piece, was delivered 1 day after receiving it. We also do 40+ deliveries a day so we are sorry we fell outside of your expectations and ran behind.
Not sure why it won’t let me give a star rating - I would rate Zero We built a house, builder used Marcella’s as their dealer. We purchased 3 appliances from them - over stove microwave with fan, Range ( propane) and dishwasher. Marcella’s installed all the appliances. They never turned the water to the dishwasher on when they installed it so when we ran the dishwasher with no water it overheated and nearly started a fire! I would NEVER step foot in Marcella's Appliance Center again. Purchased a kitchen appliance set last year with promised rebates. Almost a year later, still have not received any card, apparently lost and someone else used my card. The card company has very poor customer service and I have no idea how to get my promised rebate card now. Do not believe these promised rebates!!
