We have always purchased all the appliances for our rental properties from Marcella so when it came time to purchase appliances for our own home, we came back to Marcella’s. RecommendedBought our 3rd appliance (a washing machine) just the other day. We've also purchased an oven and a fridge there in the past. EVERY TIME - the employees have been knowledgeable, friendly, and they leave you alone while you make your decision. This last time, the washing machine I wanted wasn't in stock but would be in by 11 on Friday (we were picking up and installing). We said that was fine, and we paid for everything. RecommendedAfter being disappointed by circumstances that had nothing to do with Marcella's we ended up traveling to Schenectady at the suggestion of my Girlfriend who was familiar with Marcella's in past. After a delay or two Mr. Marcella upgraded my appliances at no charge to me, as they had those in stock and I would not have to wait any longer. So generous of Marcella's. Customer Care... RecommendedThis is the second time I've done business with Marcella's and both time they've been extremely courtesy and professional. I've had to switch up delivery dates, installation adjustments, etc. and they handle everything seamlessly. I appreciate their responsiveness, customer service and most of all their prices!
