A friend and I attended a stop smoking seminar a week ago. We had Larry, he was great and impactful. I haven't lit up and she's told me nor has she. So far it seems like it's working and I hope it continues!

time will tell. its been 20 hours since I went and seen Pat at La Quinta inn for the stop smoking and still haven't lit up. Pat was a great guy and we all had some laughs which eased the anxiety level in the room. Seems I was able to absorb what he said fairly well. So as of right now? Time will tell.
I just attended the weight loss hypnosis in Marinette, WI with my sister. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was optimistic going in. Being hypnotized 😵💫 sounds scary and mysterious to me!
