I liked the info about the muscle cell and about the teaching of Jack Lalane for a common sense approach for preventing weight gain and adding over all good health at the same time. Great info thank you so much I feel this really helped me and I am confident this can help others! With this explanation it made sense to get the vitamins offered that I believe can help me. With out this presentation and well explained reasoning I probably would not have purchased the vitamins. I am excited to see what I will begin to feel like in the next several days and beyond, thanks!

Seminar with Jeff today 7/13/19 . Learned so much, mostly old school but made great sense.
I feel now that I will have a great start in my ongoing battle to loose weight!

The weight loss seminar in Utica was wonderful. Pat from NJ was the presenter. He was wonderful funny and informative all at the same time. I am going to enjoy losing weight.

The seminar was not boring! It was actually pretty entertaining, I really enjoyed it. Larry was great!! It was informative and very interesting. I can't wait to see how well it works. I know we were all definitely hypnotized. I just went last night so time will tell. Side note: I took Larry's advice and went for a walk after dinner. I doubled the recommended time. Felt great.

After hypnosis, I will say I do not have the urge to smoke. Having a partner who smokes naturally I think I want too but I am not craving it. I know it is habitual.

Quit smoking seminar was fantastic! Larry was the presenter. The pace was perfect and the information provided was not rocket science. It was presented in a way that your like “Duh. Never really thought of it that way”. Of course it hasn’t been 24 hours but since the seminar I have not craved nor had a cigarette. I will update this review after a month to see how lasting the effects are.
