Mark has a lot of knowledge when it comes to the topic he's talking about. He's very confident when he's talking to you. what do you have to lose, the only thing you can do is gain or be right where you still are.
He brings it! He makes it easy to follow, reiterating things we have learned and forgotten. I listen to the replay at least 5 days a week.
The way he goes about hypnotizing you with out you really realizing your being hypnotized but I have been 2 wks smoke free can't thank you enough!!
