I went to one about 4 days ago I went in as a Heavy smoker and no joke came out a no smoker it feel like I’ve never touch a cigarette in my life it’s amazing thank you
I only took the weight loss seminar yesterday but I really feel very positive about it overall. I was kind of craving water today. I felt a little turned off going through the baked goods area at the store. I am planning out my week to try to do the six small meals. I will write again after a while to update but I feel like if this helps me a little bit I win.
Our instructor was Patrick. I was really uncomfortable and nervous about going and he had a really good sense of humor, and was extremely nice.
I only did the weight loss seminar 2 days ago, but already I have been making better choices with my food. selections. I was able to deny foods that I usually crave. My boyfriend used this seminar 9 months ago to quit smoking and he hasn't touched a cigarette since and honestly thats the only reason I decided to give this a try. I will give another update at a later date.

The seminar was very easily understood! It was easy to listen to and follow!! And most of our questions were answered and we didn’t have to ask any.
I just came from the seminar with Mark Patrick. Very, very interesting. It was a good balance between education and the hypnosis. What I loved most was the information on how your body breaks down your food and nutrition info. I think everyone should hear this message.
