I am very pleased. Jeff did an amazing job with the lecture and the hypnosis. Everything he said is so true and just makes sense!!! Now to apply what we learned. 😁 You don't have to believe in hypnosis. You just relax and follow his words. What do you have to loose? Every penny worth it! If you want it bad enough then go for it!!! I will definitely do an update again in a week to let you guys know how I'm feeling and doing!!! RecommendedI had a great session in lafayette indiana last monday.. Still not smoking . It was very nice to learn new ways to train your mind..

Well I went to the weight loss seminar this evening with Jeff...and once the hypnosis started(I didnt think I would be hypnotized) I felt completely relaxed.what felt like 5-10 min..it took 30 minutes total for the hypnosis. I feel pretty relaxed and better! I look forward to going forward to losing weight! :) i would definitely recommend going to his seminars. :)
