Loosing weight is never easy but Jeff did a great job breaking it all down so it was easy to understand.

I went to both the loss weight and smoking seminars and Jeff was the instructor. They both went well and learned a lot regarding how everything effects you chemically and physically. By learning and gathering all this information really helped and gave me a positive attitude towards life and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. I would recommend these seminars to people who want to turn things around.

Jeff was our instructor this evening. He was very informative and professional. The information that he gave us was eye opening. I was very surprised but made complete sense. Can't wait till tomorrow morning to start the program. We did have one incident this evening where Jeff had to ask a participant to leave the room. She was originally sitting by me and was very disruptive. At one point he asked her politely to move to the back of the room as to not disturb the entire class. I have become a non smoker for a day. Although it has been a rough first day. I am sure that I will succeed in continuingt to being a non smoker. Thank you

I'm not good with names but the guy was funny yet inspiring at the same time. I'm not sure I'll go along with the being hypnotized I think he basically in his own way taught us to meditate. I'm on day 2 of not smoking and I'm basically still getting cravings. I got the vitamins and I think there helping but it's a mind game also. I'm gonna be 39 soon and I've smoked since I was 11 or 12 quitting for a few months here and there but it never stuck. The decision to lose weight is always easy, of course everyone would love to. However, approaching the obsicles, setting forth goals, and actually following through; now that's the biggy. Making a decision to go to this seminar was a small step, but what I left with was even greater! Larry did a great job. Kept everyone laughing. This is the second time I have gone. I lost 30 pounds after first time. I want to lose more so I thought I would go again. It was a good idea.
