I believe the man who gave the seminar I attended was named Jeff. It was in Cape Girardeau. He did mention his daughter was a dr. If that helps narrow it down. He was very personable and professional. I learned a lot about how to fix your metabolism and keep it burning fat. I can't say if the hypnosis part has worked because it hasn't been but a few days since the seminar. I would recommend just to learn the science behind metabolisms alone.

I gonna be honest... I am at 5 days smoke free. No patch or nicotine replacement. This is the longest i have went with no nicotine in 24 years. I have tried patches, gum, e cigarettes, chantix and wellbutrin. I can say for sure that this worked or it was the fact i paid fifty to hear a man tell me what i was people 20 years ago and didnt listen to myself. Whatever it was i dont smoke... So best 50 i ever spent.
