Larry is good at what he does. It is a great program. I am doing better at not smoking. We went on June 21 at the Springhills and suites.

I think the instructor spoke to quickly . Hard to write notes. Came home from class found my self hungrier than usual. Very Hungry since attending class . See if hypnotism part of class works. So far not impressed. Bought supplements will see if they help. Class was informative. Will try all his key points . Time will tell.

I found it interesting and informative even if after 50 years of yoyo dieting I had heard most of it before. I had recently lost 60 # on my own and seemed to hit a plateau, was looking for something to help me past it. Think it has given me the boost I needed to remind me about smaller portions and better choices, etc. I can't afford the supplements on my income and I can't go to a gym as I live out in the country and I work really odd hours, but listening to him seems to have helped get me back on track.
