I learned a lot about how to trick my subconscious to do what I want instead of being a slave to it. The session is helping me on my way to be a non smoker. Also a CD was provided to also help out also.

I went with 2 people. My best friend who had been smoking for 35+ years, my fiance who's been smoking for about 13 years and myself that had been smoking for 3 years. Jeff's seminar was amazing to say the least. We all learned SO MUCH. I know what we learned really helped to put things in perspective and we felt smarter for quitting. The only thing I have to say is that this will work for you IF and only if you WANT to quit smoking. Jeff and the hypnosis worked for us and there are 3 less smokers in the world. Thank you!

I have loss a couple of lbs. In about 3 wks. Going to the seminar the guy was very comical. I try to watch more of what I eat and not large portions.
