I attended the weight loss seminar last night in Port Charlotte Fl. Honestly I went in very skeptical as I have a fear hypnosis, my sister made me go and let me just WOW!!!! I loved this seminar so much useful information that today I have been utilizing..... Yes it's only day one but I have never felt this ready and focused to change my eating habits. I have drank more water today at 1230pm than I think I ever have in my life!!!! Time will tell yes.... But I am definitely 100% committed and ready

Jeff was amazing! I loved his educational portion and told everyone about what I learned, the hypnosis part was were relaxing and I can’t wait to apply my tips and see if this works! Highly recommend

As of 11/6/17 I will have been a non-smoker for 100.5 days! I'm celebrating with a cake with my co-workers and friends. I have tried several time to cut down,use vaper cigarettes but ended up smoking over 2 packs a day with prices the way they are I have now saved $2,000 !!! Thank you
Attended Mark Patrick Stop Smoking Seminar yesterday in West Palm Beach FL. Excellent facilitator. I am a nurse and really felt the anatomical and physiological info provided on what smoking does to your body was amazing and well received.
I attended the weight loss seminar this morning in West Palm Beach and found it informative as well as entertaining. I’m not a smoker so I just attended the morning class and, although it’s too soon to tell if it’s going to work for me, I’m happy that I was there. I’ve never been hypnotized before and I walked away feeling as if I was today.
