Very informative seminar. The short lecture on the physiology of the human metabolism, explained so simply and clearly, was EXTREMELY beneficial. Knowledge IS power, and when you have a good understanding of how your body processes food, you are able to make better decisions that will help in achieving your goal.

I attended the weight loss seminar in PC FL and it has been life changing ..I was,so glad we were taught how the muscles work and going back to a 50 yr teaching was enlightening n going back to basics was the most important change for me ..eat to live instead of living to eat!!!

Mr. Patrick was very informative and funny. I genuinely enjoyed the whole seminar and gained a lot of useful information, along with a few laughs. However, sadly the hypnosis to stop smoking didn’t work. Looking forward to seeing if the weight loss seminar would be more effective though!
