RecommendedI had a good experience; very eye opening and not what I had expected. It hasn’t even been 24 hours so I can’t really comment, just yet, on how it “changed my life”. Although- I am hopeful that in some way it will. My cravings are minimal and the provided tools and tips are helpful. I know someone who quit because of hypnosis- if it can help one person, why not give it a try? It could help you, too!

I was expecting Mark, but I got Larry. I loved Larry. He spoke truth, excitement and loud (I'm deaf in one ear). I only have a 4 star because 1. I think i might have spent too much money on the supplements by mistake. 2. The people outside (possibly waiting for the next seminar) were loud. Although Larry tried to get us all to focus on his voice, unfortunately the noise from the people outside were in my good ear. I'm hoping my hypnosis was successful. Here's to me finding my fabulous fit!

It has been about 24 hours and so far I have not smoked at all. This session was very informative, direct, and useful to help me stop smoking. He addressed weight gain as well as moodiness. I think he covered all obstacles and offered solutions. Excited to become a nonsmoker!

I attended the quit smoking seminar just last night and so far so good I have not wanted a cigarette like I usually do in the mornings Ira facilitator Jeff was very knowledgeable on what he had taught or should I say informed us about smoking and all of its effects I was just a little bit skeptic for years about the whole hypnosis thing but I went in with the open mind and so far so good I'll check back in and let you know how I am progressing thank you again
