I was very skeptical about going but enough air this is my last resort my last hope I whip and so far I went to the smoke free seminar and I am a non-smoker day one so far so good also got some weight-loss tips during the seminar I will definitely highly recommend them marks fantastic and staff thank you so much and God bless you I have a long road ahead of me but I know through them to Mark and his seminar I can do this I am a non-smoker
This seminar was really helpful. I loved the lecture about how your muscles work. It really helped break down the way our body works when we eat whole real foods. I personally thought Jeff’s lecture beforehand was just as helpful if not more helpful then the hypnosis. Overall it’s a great experience.

RecommendedI HAD THE INSTRUCTOR JEFF I LOVED HIS LECTURE IT TAUGHT ME ALOT ABOUT HOW MY BODY WORKS I THINK I COULD TAKE THE LECTURE AND LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT THE HYPNOSIS PART, BUT THAT PART IS A PLUS AND MAKES IT EASIER.
