I had overall positive experience. Patrick was funny, personable, and super informative. He took the information I knew a little about and expanded my knowledge about how to lose weight properly. I enjoyed the seminar and the presenter Larry was great. I'm mad though because l left my phamplet and receipt there at the hotel banquet room where the seminar took place. Hopefully they find it and mail it to me, otherwise I wont be able to attend another one when he is in town without paying again. Why would I want to go again? It is literally that empowering. I really don't know if it's worked yet (only did it yesterday) but I haven't craved anything that I shouldn't have. I usually over eat, and right after the seminar, I didn't. I say that's a win!

I attended a weight loss session 3 weeks ago. I've lost 10 lbs, but feel like I am getting stuck and need a refresher. I have listened to the CD a couple times. I think the program is effective, but it was a surprise the extra cost of supplements.
I have never been to anything like this, and it was great. I don't relax well, but I was relaxed. I don't know how the weight loss will be, but I'm optimistic, and excited to see what happens.
