I loved the presentation Jeff had with us. I loved what he talked about to help us understand how gaining weight works and how to lose weight while quitting smoking. I ended up doing the hypnosis last night and have felt amazing ever since. I think the presentation before the hypnosis was so important because it helped me understand how my brain works and the best ways to work around this addiction.
The speaker was fun and gave very good information the jack lalaine trick. I did wake up and drink water( something I can't stand) I do want a cigarette but feel like if I have one ill get sick or something. I over analyzed during hypno period thinking I hope this works recommend not to do that. Only disappointment I had was the guy John something's I think? Told everyone like four times make sure u turn ur phones off and ill be damned if a dam phone didn't ring. That upset me and put me in the mind of now its all messed up.... read more
