I attended the quit smoking seminar. Very informative and great speaker. It has only been 2 days but I have not smoked or had the desire to. The tools they give you to succeed will work if you use them. Mind over matter! My best friend and I went together so we have each other for support.
I'm skeptical by nature but went with an open mind. The facilitator (Not Mark Patrick) was knowledgeable, engaging and good humored. Didn't feel pressured to buy the supplements (not at all a "hard sell" and wasn't packaged like "the magic bullet). I struggled to relax, but I know I was under. I really enjoyed the seminar on Sept 18, 2017. The information received was very helpful. It gave me a better idea on how things in the body works and the actions I need to take to make things better.
The overall experience was extremely positive. I went in with an open mind and Larry didn't disappoint. I'm encouraged that I can do what I've set out to do.
Good visual educatinal tools absolutely enjoyed. Great learning tools.
