I had a positive experience and the speaker was excellent / very informative information given along with the hypnosis. (I cannot for the life of me remember his name)! I just went last night but haven't had a cigarette since I left the seminar. I am hopeful and have been smoking since I was 18 (now 51). I have some mild heart issues & still am in the house where my husband & sister still smoke around me & haven't offered to even go outside. Selfish of them huh. I would for them. I was definitely skeptical about it all, but they have really helped me to understand how I'm mistreating my body and how easy it is to treat my body right! Plus with the vitamins I got I also got extra hypnosis cd sessions to help reinforce my decision to be better!
I really liked the seminar. Very informative. Easy to understand. Needed this. I say try it.
I recently went to the seminars in McCook Nebr....the weight loss one seems to be working awesome. He gave me a whole new way of thinking after years of starving myself and getting nowhere! 5 days and I'm down 10.5 pounds :) The smoking one didn't work for me but I plan to return and try it again when they are back!
I was a pack to two packs a day smoker for over 30 years. After the seminar and hypnosis I am ever so thankful and proud to say I haven't had a cigarette since! I give this program a 5 star rating as they definitely deserve it! I highly recommend this program to all that want to quit smoking
