Mary and her team made my purchase as easy as it could be. I felt a little violated with the new paperwork requirements but I understand. All of my questions were answered right away or in an acceptable time frame. They always took my calls promptly and walked me through each step. Mary and my real estate representative were present at closing and explained everything along with the closing agent. I am extremely satisfied with Mary and her team and I would highly recommend them.

You and your team completely dropped the ball in the days prior to closing. Not returning calls from the title company, nor from me. Your slogan is "Closing Simplified", yet my closing experience was "Closing Horrified". You failed to return my calls or emails. In fact, I have never heard from you since except get your computer generated emails. Unfortunately what started out as a nice experience with the Mortgage Firm ended quite differently.

It's the year 2022 and I don't know when the first mortgage was written but at least 100 years ago. Given this amount of time to perfect the process and the amount of technology available today I'd think someone would have come up with a checklist by now. Not only for the purchasers but the lenders as well. I was asked questions over and over that had been talked about, like I just deposited the gift my mom gave me and read I shouldn't deposit large sums of money, is that going to be a problem. Mary Rhodes service was excellent. What could have made it better was attention to details. To resolve issues before closing. Discrepancies on property description cost not only thousands of dollars more in financing but also an unnecessary waste of time.

There were things that were required that were absolutely ridiculous. One such issue was that I have been divorced for 30 years and yet you want to know who my ex is and how old my children are?? I have financed and refinanced many properties in the last few years and the things that were asked of us throughout this process were just not necessary. This was just one of the issues I had with this process.
