We knew our loan was a complicated one and would be trickier than most. Mary was wonderful & prompt at problem solving & communications. Rosanna was FABULOUS to work with. However, loan processor Colleen was a problem &we attribute the majority of the delays to her. Our closing date got moved three times - from Aug. to Oct. There was paperwork being lost repeatedly &important things like the wife's legal name which were communicated & yet not listed properly, causing major issues at closing.

As an investor I felt the process was a bit too cumbersome. The process was long and there were requests to produce more info. until almost closing.

i was forced into only putting down 10 % when i wanted to put down 20 % . i gave them all the paper work needed and was still told no . i guess it was to your benefit to do so .

thank you Mary for assisting us with this loan process , we are grateful , however the experience was very challenging . We had to produce duplicate information several times and were not informed of some very important information which we discovered on closing. We accept responsibility for not comprehending the information on final CD but feel our loan officer should have verbally discussed with us. Our mistake for trusting our best interests were being considered.

Numerous documents were lost or misplaced right up until closing when you claimed not to have certain information. It was subsequently found at your end after several phone calls.

There seem to have been a lot of miscommunication because you people kept contacting wrong person to communicate with. And in the end when the contract was drawn up to be signed there were discrepancies because again you didn't listen to what I had to say and then at the final closing table on the day of closing is when you finally had the documents corrected. I really wasn't satisfied whatsoever and I won't use your company again and I will not recommend it to anyone

I felt violated by the manner of "questioning" and the "implication" that I could be construed as anything less than honest! The pressure on me to prove "innocence" was nothing short of horrendous. Now I know the scrutiny is not entirely the fault of your company - but a better and more gentle "bedside manner" might lessen the awfulness of this whole ordeal . . . it even went on right at the closing" when, at the 11th hour, I had to make calls to get paperwork to you prove sale of my house

To begin with your firms costs were never explained to us. Second we had to resubmit paper work that we already submitted more than once. I understand that we did start a new application how ever the paper work was the same. Why did you not already have it on file Third our loan never would have closed on time if we hadn't of taken it upon our-self to call the VA and expedite the process. I believe that some of your staff need to have explained to them that we are the client.
