I've used NBKC four times. They used to be good but terrible now. They held up my closing for months! They are very unresponsive. Once closed, the service is non-existent. I've been waiting over a month now for help.

After contacting four different lenders, I got in touch with Matt because of a Costco member benefit on my home refinance. He was able to quote me a better rate, lower closing costs, and restructure our home loan to get the most out my wife and my credit scores.
