From the time I first talked to Matt about a loan on a new home purchase, I knew he was the person that I wanted to deal with. From the beginning, he was very friendly, courteous, and not pushy. After issuing a pre-qualification letter, he let me get back with him when I was ready. During the entire loan process, he quickly answered my phone and email messages and questions. I was a little nervous about using a "non local" bank to meet my mortgage needs. Matt Crall and the team at nbkc bank not only met my needs but exceeded them. The loan rates offered by nbkc bank were better than the local rates by more than a 1/2 percentage point. Matt Crall handled my refinancing with speed and professionalism. He was always easily accessible by phone (& very friendly to speak with) or email and answered all questions in a very timely manner. I signed my closing papers 32 days after I submitted my loan application to him, and I was funded one week later. My experience with Matt could not have gone any better, and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in refinancing!

We had a new home built by a custom builder and Matt was our loan originator. Matt was very knowledgeable, did a great job getting all of our questions answered and kept us in the loop with how the market was doing the entire way through the building process. Matt made sure that we locked in a great rate and had all of our paperwork completed and ready by the time it was time to close. I would recommend Matt to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home!
