I was able to close a cashout refinance loan in less than 30 days from initial inquiry to loan funding. My loan officer Matt Crall was knowledgeable, honest, and available. Whenever I had a question he was prompt and accurate in his response. I was ready to do business with an institution that I had done business with before, but Matt earned my business.

The Loan Approval Process with Matt Crall was by far the most Uncomplicated Escrow experience I have had or for that matter even heard about other people's experiences. Matt sent us a list of documents he would need, we faxed them back to him and that was about it. If we had any questions he got back to us ASAP and explained where we were at in the process making the whole experience basically pain free. We even closed early which was a definite plus as well. Matt treated us as friends and not just numbers. THANK YOU MATT!

Matt was referred by my real estate agent. He worked a great deal on my re-fi from FHA to conventional. Matt did everything he could to save me time and money. I went to my credit union and they couldn't touch the rate Matt locked for me. The process was easy without too many hoops to jump through. The timeline for closing worked out just as Matt said it would. I am very glad I that I worked with Matt.

So this was my first online application for a mortgage and Matt was far better than any local mortgage broker I've done business with in the past (note that this was my 4th house purchase).
