Matt is very polite and very responsive to every question I had during the process. Matt is also very knowledgeable about every aspect of the loan. He even called me on a regular basis just to let me know how the loan process is going without me requesting it. I would highly recommend Matt as your loan officer. BTW, I got the best rate for a 30 yr fixed VA loan as of 9/2017. My realtor even asked me at closing how did I get such a low rate, she has not seen rate that low in this timeframe.

We never met face to face but the mortgage process went seamless despite us being in Michigan and Matt's office being in Missouri. All calls and inquiries were answered without delay. Matt was conscientious and courteous, very knowledgeable about the lending process, and kept us appraised of possible problems well before they were an issue. We closed without a hitch and with no surprises.

Matt went above and beyond for us in purchasing our first home. From the moment I put in the app I was able to tell that Matt was going to be a great lender to work with, he was very attentive and professional. We had a contingency in our contract that we had to close within a month and he was on top it from beginning to end, with no hiccups whatsoever and we were able to close on time. Mr. Matt Crall reached out to US! I was contemplating using my bank until I started reviewing their contract proposals and talking to the loan agent about closing costs and time-to-close. My bank was closer to 45 days than the LESS THAN 30 days it took to close with Mr. Matt and NBKC! Also, NBKC, through Costco, saved us over $4,500! If Mr. Matt hadn't called me first, I would have NEVER gotten a new pool table for the new house! Thx Mr. Matt!
