Thanks for all that you did. I'm used to being a cash buyer. You were able to handle ALL of the "other" stuff that came with not being a cash buyer. I was honestly shocked by the preapproval amount, it was much higher than I was expecting. And you were there, working until late, to get this through on time. If you ever need to drum up more business, feel free to call in a few years to look at a refinance. Your call will be the only one I take.
