Matt and his team did a great job for us. I didn't have the best credit but he helped us put a plan together to get us into a house. I could not be any happier with the process and Matt's team.
I was seller and also a lender and Matt assured me buyers were AAA. After 2 missed closings the buyers applied to me and there was no way any lender in nation could make that loan. Not remotely FHA qualified. Matt was deceitful thru entire process and even buyer's attorney told me do not count on loan closing as Matt had history of big promises and no delivery.
